2. Our Role
We are not a provider of accommodation or travel services.
We facilitate listings, communication, and booking requests between users and independent providers.
Any contract for services is between the user and the host or travel provider.
3. Bookings
Users may request bookings through the Platform
Hosts/providers accept or decline requests
A booking is confirmed only when accepted by the provider
We do not guarantee availability or fulfillment of any booking.
4. Payments
We do not process or handle payments between users and providers.
5. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:

Not engage in fraud or misuse
6. Listings
Hosts/providers are responsible for:
Accuracy of listings
Pricing
Compliance with applicable laws
7. Liability

Remove listings
Suspend accounts

3. Accuracy
All listings must be accurate and not misleading.
4. Platform Role
The Platform acts only as an intermediary and is not a party to any agreement between users and providers.
